Only your seller can answer that. You get £35K deposit from your buyer. You add £10K and pass the £45K on to your seller. If you don't have the extra £10K then you can ask your seller if the £35K is sufficient. Usually they say yes but obviously we cannot possibly know if they will say yes or no.0
