Paperwork - Sainsburys Loan

Seeking advice - was approved a loan from Sainsburys (approved online Thursday 21st Feb), :Dautomatic email said paperwork to sign would be in post. I am still waiting for paperwork. I rang the helpdesk and they could not find my details in their system. :(call agent said wait until Wednesday. This has me in limbo, the loan was approved but need the paperwork to sign and send back then the transfer into my account will take a few days.......
Anyone have any experience of Sainsburys personal loans? I was able to create and log into their 'online banking' but its not showing any details for me. I'm regretting not going for one which gave a transfer via eletronic agreement but Sainsburys APR was lower......waiting awaiting

They're not a fast provider, or particularly great on customer service, so you'll just need to sit it out, I'm afraid.0
