Hi, due to be made bankrupt in April and really struggling with the stress & Anxiety of it all, My 3 children have offered to send my wife and I away for a week before it happens, Im concerned this will be frowned upon once it all goes through or is this acceptable

The issue would be giving a gift during the 5 years prior to the bankruptcy order rather than being in receipt of one.

If the holiday is a gift and you are not planning to go to Las Vegas to blow the last of your savings on the roulette table - then its fine. Have a lovely time :cool:0
