I think i have won £25.00 from this issue, my friend told me, but i have heard nothing and no cheque, i know it is only £25.00 but it helps. Can anyone help me? does the cheque come through the door, or an email? I cannot remember what date this issue was for. Thank you for whoever had posted this.

Entries for this issue closed 2nd January, but it can take weeks for letters/cheques to be delivered. Sometimes it's just a cheque sent straight out, sometimes it's a letter sent out first and then the cheque follows a few weeks later. I would have expected you to hear something by now though.
I'm not sure if it's affecting all DMRI managed mags (as it could just be Hearst not TI Media), but there was some problems with a new cheque issuing system that has been ongoing for months, so they have instead been giving winners the option to either wait much longer for a cheque or to arrange a bank transfer instead if winners are happy to provide bank details. I think they still send a letter to ask what you'd prefer though (but of course they may have changed to email).
Check here that your address is definitely correct (as a few users have found it spontaneously change - same street/town/postcode, but different number): https://comps.lifedeathprizes.com/account (you'll need to log in to the site before this link will work or just click on "account details" after you've logged in).
Try using this form to contact them and they will check your account against their database to see if it is you that has won and arrange the prize if you're the winner: https://comps.lifedeathprizes.com/contact.php
Or there is this form that can be used to chase prizes after 28 days if you think it's likely you: https://comps.lifedeathprizes.com/ticket
Taken from here: https://comps.lifedeathprizes.com/faq
Both contact forms probably end up being sent to a person who can help, so may not matter which you use!
Fingers crossed for you0
