    Fifth Anniversary Debt-free and Proud!
We have been in to Halifax today and renting is out of the question while we have a HTB loan in place. The house we want, we love and we have a mortgage promise of 180k. The legal fees including stamp duty were also quoted for us at £3300. We are going to look to put our house up for sale and the valuation seems to be around 126k anywhere between 123-126k would cover the deposit for our next home and leave some over for us. It's going to skint us but we love the location and the house so pending the pictures live up to the real thing, we will likely put an offer in the coming weeks, hopefully our house will sell quickly. Thanks again for all your input.
