Disability confident meaning?

I have a MH diagnosis and recently applied for Royal Mail as a postman. I ticked the disability confident box but I have no idea what this means. All I can gauge online is there’s 3 levels of it which means different things but no more information than I can find. Does anyone know specifically what this means for Royal Mail? Will I have s guaranteed interview

Depends if you meet the essential criteria/person specification (or whatever jargon they use). You won't be guaranteed an interview just because you are claiming a disability (much depends on the type of mental health issue).

Disability Confident' and guaranteed interviews. Employers who have signed up to level 2 of 'Disability Confident' guarantee disabled people an interview if they meet the minimum criteria for the job vacancy. The scheme is not legally binding.
