Anyone got a TGI Fridays online voucher?

There always used to be lots of emails with vouchers for TGIs but I haven't had one for ages. Hoping to find a 2 for 1.

I work for TGI Fridays and they are not doing many offers at the moment, our £10.99 2 course menu finished on monday, and i dont think there will be any more 2 for 1 deals this side of Christmas.
I dont know if we are doing it this year, but for the last couple of years we have done 2 for 1 bounceback vouchers through December which are valid from 2nd January. Basically come and eat in December and get a buy one get one free voucher for January, dont quote me on this though because i dont know if its happening this year! Fridays was bought out earlier this year so dont know how the new company will do it, but they seem to be phasing out discounts!! They have taken us out the snapfax. Sorry about the long-winded reply. HTH:D

    Guns,
can u still use Leisure Vouchers at TGI's? I've been on the LV website but when i put in my postcode it brings up all the other restaurants in the area bar TGI's?
  • Yes we still take leisure vouchers, not sure when they will stop. The issue is that leisure vouchers come from the Whitbread group which we are no longer a part of, we are honouring them at the moment though. HTH:D

Snapfax is a little magnetic booklet that is given out to students at the start of term with loads of discounts. It is maybe just a Scottish thing?

Its now owned by Carlson, which is actually the TGI Fridays parent company in America. They bought it back from Whitbread because they were not happy at the way the were running the company apparently! So if anything it will be getting better and more in line with the american Friday's stores. Small menu changes will happen, but nothing major, HTH:beer:

  • Love TGI's but quite expensive for 4 of us, only usually go when there is an offer/voucher these days, & they've been very tight with them lately!!
Wish I could afford to go anyway, always fantastic food, prefer my local to the one I went to in America surprisingly.
Comping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner

  • we went to TGI in New York, sat down, looked at menu and walked out as there were no veggie options!! At least british TGI's have good choice for veggies.

That is true about the veggie choice, i've always thought our menu was quite limited for vegetarians!! Didnt realise there were no veggie options in America:confused:
