I wanna reliable laptop.

My Sony laptop is now about 7 years old and looking the worse for wear.

I want to replace it with another one and reliability is the main priority.

I need it mainly for browsing the internet and watching videos and I want Microsoft

Can someone tell me the most reliable ones please. 14-15 inch.
My budget is £500.
