Terms and Conditions

1. To enter the draw, simply fill in the entry form. Limited to one entry per person.
2. This promotion is open to all persons aged 18 years or over, excluding the employees of participating outlets, the Promoter, their families and agents or anyone professionally involved.
3. The closing date for draw entries is 10th December 2007.
4. There will be 1 headline prize winner in total. The Miami prize consists of a 7-day trip to Miami, America for 4 people, staying bed and breakfast in a 4 star hotel. It includes return flights from London, transfers between airport and accommodation. If all of the prize-winner’s party are over 21 years of age there will also be an additional VIP experience to the B-LIVE party. The Miami prize must be taken in March 2008 to coincide with the BACARDI Rum B-LIVE event and Winter Music Conference. The prize will be booked by the Promoters agents and full details of the prize will be provided in the prize-winner’s correspondence.
5. The Miami prize will be won by means of an independently supervised random draw from all entries received, and the prize-winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date.
6. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. The prize is non-transferable and, there are no cash alternatives. In the event of circumstances outside its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.
8. If the prize-winner’s party includes anyone under the age of 21, none of that party will be admitted to the B-LIVE party. In those circumstances only, the Promoter will pay a cash alternative of £1,000 to the prize-winner.
9. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation to the prizes and / or the promotion are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever in connection with any loss, damage or injury which is suffered as a direct or indirect result of any of the prizes and/or the promotion except that the Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of the Promoter.
10. The name and county of residence of the Miami prize-winner can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter during the period between 1st January & 31st March 2008.
11. By taking part in this promotion you agree that the Promoter may use your personal information in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy which can be viewed at www.bacardi.com.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the promotion as necessary due to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control.
13. The prize-winner hereby consents to participate in publicity for and on behalf of the Promoter if so requested.

there is a post in that thread stating that the USB sticks had all gone, but when I entered last night there was put into the draw successfully, so its either a monthly comp or they have extended the date

I just tried to enter for a memory stick and got this message:

"I'm sorry but there was a problem with your entry or you have already entered this competition."

So I must have entered before. But at least it recognises you in that case.
