For purchases under £500k mortgage, Nat West instruct the valuation immediately. Unfortunately it doesn’t mean that the case has been accepted. If the purchase is more than £500k Mortgage then it’s a good sign.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Broker should be able to get you an update on Monday or Tuesday from Nat West to see how the valuation stacks up.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. My valuation was not instructed straightaway and the requested amount was 107k.
They requested documents such as payslips. Once they received and okayed valuation was booked.
It took around a week for valuation plus report to NatWest. Mortgage offer was issued.0
