Deferring state pension

Are you taking the DB before 60 or just the DC. The DB takes quite a disproportionate hit if you take it before 60.0

I have 3 DB pensions - civil service, NHS and USS.
I am seriously debating taking them all at 55 as finding work really stressful. Not sure if it is my age but mentally shattered when I get home.
To go at 55 means cashing in some, possibly all my pensions. When I have worked it out I think I will be in my late 70s before I am worse off. At 67 SP will have kicked in for us both and we should be cash rich.
Want to go on lots of holidays etc from 55 and have the money not to be scrimping rather than waiting until my official start date for my pensions.
Suppose could just cash in my DC element and live off that for first few years. I feel another spreadsheet may be required.
A nice Voluntary redundancy scheme when I am 54 and a half would be great.Money SPENDING Expert0
