Took a couple of days to actually show up as tracked, but this is one of the easier 'free money' quidco offers guys - just sign up for an account on Microsoft Office Live and bingo, £5!

I think you just register for it either using your existing Live Windows ID or by creating a new one. That's what I did anyhow. I only completed the starred questions and left the others blank.

Yep like Angie100 says, just register for it that's all you need to do. I was sceptical at first because it took a couple of days to track - was thinking maybe it was too good to be true and hadn't worked - but it's tracked ok now, happy days, just hope it goes on to validate ok

My Microsoft Office Live didn't track until I had received the welcome email and validated my account - but now it's showing as tracked. :T

See, I knew you'd say that. But that isn't what I meant. I meant they are all in the normal black font, tracking or validated it doesn't matter.

The only one in light light grey is Betfair which is tracked.

I have 3 others being tracked and they are in black, not light grey like the Betfair one. Any other suggestions?

Try a different web browser see if it's the same there? Other than that maybe contact customer support @ quidco, send them a screenshot of your browser with the bad colours?

Betfair on my Quidco account is in light grey aswell and all other tracked transactions are black but the difference on mine is that the tracked ones in black have the asterisk next to the word tracked, maybe thats the difference for you aswell?
