oh my god just double checked my statement for april and i have been charged 7.99 for a audio book download on emusic.com i can't believe this!!
i think maybe the promotion was you get a free download but i didn't even do it and cancelled soon after.... i'm just going to do a search and see if can find the offer.
what should i do? will go have a look at their site.0 -
just had a look on the site and had to put members details in and it hadn't cancelled my membership and showed in billing history they have taken 7.99 for an audiobook that I never downloaded and they said an audiobook was free!!:mad::mad:
can't find a telephone number, how did you get in touch with them to ask them to refund? I can't seem to delete my credit card details and even though I'm not subscribed to music it says audiobook account 'delinquent' and that i must upgrade my credit card details, argh!
I've just sent them an email. I hope they refund me the 7.99. Feel so angry.0 -

I told my friend a little while about this and she was quite interested to join Gala Bingo and was going to do it through Quidco like myself to claim the cashback.
I joined Gala through Quidco back in March, and its still with the merchant as it never tracked. I don't want to advise her to join through Quidco, if Gala are never paying out. I know she has nothing to lose, but maybe she would be better joining Gala through their website and getting the "deposit £10 and we will give you £10" deal??
So I just wanted to know if anyone hasa actually received their Gala Bingo cashback or are you having similar problems.
Thanks0 -

Gala payed out for me in May for January transaction.
If it was in last 12 weeks then date, time etc... you visited gala will be filled in automatically from records. Probably best to put your gala username in the sale reference and email address as customer reference.
:mad::mad: Why does Ebay have to disappear? I was looking forward to buying some things off there this week, with cash back too.
Also has anyone had any problems with the signing up for the Audible trial membership?0 -
