I bought a sim only contract thru o2 2 weeks ago and nothing is showing in my earnings. I have opened a 'ticket' but have not had any response so far. Has anyone else had this trouble?

I've just done a GameAccount transaction and it tracked and validated immediately. I played through my £10 deposit, and then withdrew £10.83, which was left. I have requested payment by cheque, so now we'll see if I get my cashback.

Mylotto tracked very quickly for me unlike Tesco PAYG mobiles which I am still waiting for after more than 1 week.

Hi Bloaty. There's a quidco blog post HERE that talks about a new tracking tool they've been testing. There is a link from this blog post that tells you what to check when you get this message.
