Can someone tell me if this is correct, i have been through compare the market and found an insurance price, i then clicked to buy now and it gave me the ref no once i had gone through to the Co-Op . so now can i go to quidco, click on the cashback info for Co-Op, and then enter my new ref no, and will this still track as new customer, have never had any insurance from them.
Hope this makes sense.0 -

I'd just close all internet windows down, clear all your cookies - 'Tools, Internet Options, Clear History, Clear Cookies',
then go to Quidco, log in, and click though to Co Op from there, and start again - do you actually need to enter your reference number to get a quote and buy it from them, surely you can just go direct and fill everything in. That way you'll be sure the reference number doesn't have anything giving the referral to Go Compare.0 -

When I took out home insurance with CIS (Co-op) some months back, I applied via Quidco. The transaction did not track even though I went correctly via Quidco to the CIS site. Whether this is by design or incompetence I can't say. However I added the transaction using the Quidco 'queries' system and it tracked a few weeks later. I still haven't seen the money but it's there.0 -
Presumably when you say you were paid on 9/5/08 you mean this was when it arrived in your bank account (re April month-end payment run). Obviously the next "normal" payment should be the May month-end which will arrive in people's bank accounts at the start of June.
I'm still confused when you say you will be paid in May again.
Do you mean you are expecting a payment before the normal month-end scheduled payment and if so, why do you believe this - what have you been told by Quidco ?

It tells me that i have £20.35 scheduled to be paid in May - I keep going to the payment help lists and they say i will be paid the month shown as scheduled. Sorry for being a bit confusing still.8,000 / 10,000 saved. Another 2,000 by April 2011!0 -

Then you will be paid at the end of May but it won't reach your bank account until a few days into June.0 -

Same happened to me and I had to reluctantly use cashback kings instead, I prefer Quidco as I have no problems but nothing seems to track on cashback kings. It is a shame they are not on Quidco anymore.0 -

When they say payment is scheduled for May 08, this means it will go through the payment run at the end of May and will arrive in your bank account at the start of June, much the same as your April 08 scheduled payment arrived in your bank account on 9/5/08 - ie in general, you will only receive one payment each month.
