Just a note for people signing up to the Audible and eMusic trials- be very careful! Both companies tried to charge amounts to my credit card during the trial period.

You need to input your credit card details, although the trial is free. A few days afterwards I tried to use my card and found it was declined. When I phoned my bank I was told that my account had been suspended until they talked to me as Audible had tried to charge 4 lots of £2 to my account without my authorisation! I hadn't even downloaded anything yet, so it definitely wasn't a mistake.

Needless to say, I phoned Audible about it and was told they not only had no record of my trial account but also no record of my card details at all, which was obviously utter bull.

eMusic tried to do the same thing when I signed up for a month's trial at the same time- they only tried to take £1 this time, but still unauthorised and caught by my bank before it went through. I never got a reply from them either by email (no response) or by phone (a manager would call me back. They didn't specify if he would call this century or not )

I would definitely steer clear of 'trials' that ask you to put in your card info. It could cost you more than your cashback is worth!
Hi, the same thing happened to me, signed up with audible, cancelled the trial, had a confirmation that the trial was cacelled as of the 28th, then on the 30th they charged me £8 pounds!!!!! What do I do now???

    Can anyone offer any advice:

I am submitting an earnings query for the co-op electrical shop. The process demands specific information for this merchant such as customer reference and transaction numbers. I have a web order number from Coop and a seperate order number from the actual suppliers (estoresonline.co.uk). I have no reference to a customer reference number on any documentation

Any thoughts as to how to proceed. I cannot see a email contact to enquire about this on the quidco site

    Regards

I'm thinking about getting my car insurance from Privilege Insurance and hopefully getting some money back through Quidco :)

Has anyone had any experience of this and is anyone able to advise on the Tracking Speed / Tracking Reliability / Payment Speed as the details aren't available on the Quidco website?

    Thanks in advance!

    Ned

Thanks very much, I'll give it a whirl :T

Interestingly, I took out my home Insurance with Churchill last week and I'm sure the cash back was £80. I checked today to see if it had tracked and it hasn't yet, but I noticed that £80 has suddenly become £10  Unless my eyes are / were deceiving me?!
