Oh wow congratulations!!! That's brilliant news!
We are still waiting to hear if we have got an offer... 2 weeks today since valuation was done... a week since they had things confirmed from our accountant. Sat will be a week since valuation report was updated (something was apparently missing off it) there's a backlog apparently.
All our searches are complete so hopefully we will be like you and exchange quite quickly if we do get an offer!!0 -

What mortgage company are you with if you don’t mind me asking? I’m still waiting for an update too, it’s been a week so far since the valuation.0
