Disabled Rail Card Trans Pennine

I recently booked a train journey for two people using a disabled rail card.



On Trans Pennine web site came out at over £28 but on the Northern Rail site and Trainline at over £22.


I checked other journeys with similar results.


I have come to the conclusion that Trans Pennine are not giving the full rail card discount to both passengers which they should.


I booked with Northern the service is provided by TP.

TP supply trains between Hull/Leeds/ Liverpool.



I have spotted why I had a problem with TP.


When you fill out the booking form you complete the number of passengers. Then you apply the adult disabled card and need to fill in again that the card is for 2 passengers if you dont do this it only applies the discount to 1 passenger. This does not happen with Northern Rail or other sites I tried.



I feel sure that people will be misled by this.
