Its a slow drawn out process and i seem to have to keep repeating everything to them, probably because theres not just one person dealing with it but i feel we have progressed a small step and i'm going to enjoy Christmas with the children and OH (of course) and review the situation in the New Year.

It does seem like drawing blood from a stone sometimes.

The thing is, if you do eventually decide to make a full and final offer based on whatever the amount was before they started adding charges, they'll forget about those in the scramble to at least et something back.

Charges can be deducted as easily as they're added despite what "the computer says".:rolleyes: :rolleyes:
