hi i am also having problems with this company but it is to do with a cavity wall claim they have sent me a bill for over £1000 for their "work" claiming i had breached the contract and that i have 30 days to pay or be taken to court , i have read the comments here and found some of them very useful thanks i hope you get get a good outcome0
