Chances of a mortgage with cc missed payments

Hi I’m looking to get a mortgage in the next few months but have had a few late payments on my ccs which I’m worried will affect me. Its showing I had 3 in 2016 and 2 I’m 2017 All these missed payments were paid within a day or two as I had just forgot to pay.
I am looking at a help to buy property’s and looking to get around £90000 with a 10% deposit so it’s around 72% LTV.
Will this be possible?

If you choose the right lender they will treat your application as 72% LTV, if you choose the wrong lender they will treat it as a 90% LTV mortgage. Chances are you should be fine with most lenders regardless of how they score your application, but there could be a few fussy lenders that might decline you.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thank you for replying so would I be ok with high street lenders? I will be looking to contact a broker who will hopefully help me with my application.0

I think so yea.
If you speak to a broker who goes straight for a specialist/adverse lender I would maybe get a second opinion. You may not end up with a high street lender, but I would certainly be trying it.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I applied for a mortgage last week, we used a broker and Halifax came out on top with the best rate for us.
I haven't got the best credit history, but nothing serious like CCJs etc, and was accepted straight away.
