"Used" from Amazon Warehouse

Does anybody know whether, if there are more than one of an item listed, at the same price but with a slightly different description of the condition, you receive the one you actually click on?

    I've been Money Tipped!
The one you receive should comply with the description given i.e. at least as good - or better!

It was a choice between pristine box and an inch scratch on the top or damaged box and quarter inch scratch on the front - I've gone with the latter.

Actually, now it's arrived, the box is a bit tatty, the item (vacuum cleaner) is unmarked but the tools are missing (which was a choice I could have made - unmarked, no tools). Anyway, a quick phone call to Amazon and they immediately refunded me sufficient to purchase the tools separately. Good result.:)
