Hi All
the lib dem party leader mentioned the above when he came back into the party I think two yrs ago, does anyone have any information as to, is there any court cases or changes in the law? I think this is not a PPI claim, completely different

This doesn't sound like a normal financial acronym so you're going to have to clarify SWAPS.
Also the lib dem leaders have a long history of not following through anything they promise even as a key pillar of their manifesto (See Clegg, tuition fees, 2010) again some clarification is needed.0
