Morning Everyone,
Just a quick question, we are going for our first mortgage in the not too distant future.
To help me budget monthly payments, do we get the interest rate on the mortgage product that we apply for on the day or whatever the rate is on said product once the house purchase completes.

You apply for the product with the mortgage.
