HI New To this forum all though iI have been looking at it for a while, I was due to be made Bankrupt by HMRC yesterday but they sent me a letter Saturday saying they had postponed it till April, Does this happen a lot? Iam now worried something is wrong

Possibly just a reschedule to allow them to complete end of financial year work that running over - or simply because they haven't finished your casework in time?0

Hi thanks for the quick reply. It’s amazing how worried you get about the smallest thing. As it will happen mid April now does that mean I will have an nt tax code for a year?0

Yes, an NT code is likely if the BR is at the start of the financial year.0
