We had a loan with Merchantle loan approx 1989.
We ar! sure we had PPI!
Have no email Address or Account Number!
Could this be looked at and What Is the Cost?

    It's not an offence to have PPI though. You need to send your complaint reasons to the lender.

    However, there's virtually no chance of them having any record of your loan after 29 years.

    Firstly, if you actually had a PPI policy, what would be your reason to complain?
    Simply having PPI is not wrong.
    Could this be looked at and What Is the Cost?
    It can be "looked at" and it costs nothing.
    Simply make your complaint, along with your reason(s) to Merchantle, but it's unlikely they'll have any details after 30 years.
