Hi I just started after a long break and after the 2 weeks I won my first comp.

People can go, literally, years without a win ... so if you expected a win within 3 weeks then you've maybe chosen the wrong hobby

It's just the luck of the draw.

and bear in mond that most comps you have entered might not have ended yet.
So keep entering and hope you get a win soon.

I second Ellen's comment above. Competitions can have end dates a while away and they might not contact winners straight away. A good tip is to just enter everything you are interested in and then just forget about it. Have no expectations of winning and just have fun entering. You will win in the end! My first win was a year's supply of teabags about a month or two after starting to enter and I've been hooked ever since

Some people win the prize of a lifetime on their first entry into a comp, some can go years without winning..

...dont focus so much on winning. Enter and forget, if you win its a bonus
