ManageFlitter no longer working. Aternatives? (Twitter)

Logging in to Manage Flitter it appears they've hit problems...
On 31 January 2019 without sending any prior warning to ManageFlitter, Twitter removed ManageFlitter's Twitter API access.
The result is that customers currently cannot use ManageFlitter for any Twitter related tasks.
We are currently exploring all avenues to forge a way forward.
Please follow http://status.manageflitter.com and @ManageFlitter for the latest updates.
Can't honestly see this being resolved soon, so I'm hitting limits again :eek:
Does anyone have an alternative? (Preferably one just as straightforward to use.)
