funny u should say that as i already have one of them

although i didnt get it from currys.
i have to say though, be careful with these. if its exactly the same as mine it could do with a firmware update. the update unlocks some features such as being able to select songs by artist, album etc

it took me ages to find the update and the correct way to do it but was well worth it in the end. :money:

Do these work maybe something like freeview if not in your area then you dont get it,its weird as i just got mine today,looks great and almost like new,the fm radio normal station works,but nothing from the dab radio works,just says non available in all the stations that i turn the knob to,whats up with it,is my faulty?just no dab in my area which i dont think would be the problem,and how can i check.
I have tried a few places around my house incase its not being picked up but its the dab thing is not working no matter where i head around my house can anyone advise

Mine's been stuck with DHL (showing in local depot which is 1 mile away) since Friday ??? Has anyone else experienced this?

well personally I would be down the depot with the consignment number and ask where it is?.

sorry if this is in the wrong place (i couldn't find a quidco FAQ place for it) but i used quidco to buy 2 of these a few days back and was wondering where it shows up on the quidco website?

i've clicked on earnings at the top but nothing shows up in transactions, earnings or enquiries. should it show up straight away? the money has gone out of my bank but its showing as "order in progress" on currys site.

Hi,

I'm no expert but I've just checked my Quidco account and the transaction is showing as tracked. Have you had them delivered yet, I suspect it depends on Currys having a status of "order completed" or something like that. I'm sure that a more expert MSE-er can answer this one for you.

Currys are still showing tracked from something at the start of the month. Don't think they update it until paying time.

Fix For Mains Hum On Logik IR100 - 2006/10/09 12:59 I would like to pass some information on to the forum readers to how i removed the hum from my Logik IR100. First i would like to point out that this requires opening your radio which will remove your warranty. Second please only do this if you are confident with electric/electronic hardware as you are dealing with mains 230v inside your radio! You will need a small Philips head screw driver and a hot glue gun to complete this. First you need to unplug the radio from the mains, open the case by removing the six screws from the back of the casing. The rear of the radio should now just pull away; take not to pull on any cables as there is not much extra on the internal cables. You will notice that the mains transformer is mounted just behind the speaker, this is causing the mains 50hz hum to come out from your speaker. I removed the transformer from it's mount and repositioned it in the bottom left hand side of the case leaving a gap for the casing support to slide pass it. To fix it down i used a hot glue gun which when dry is not going to move or get lose. Now put your radio back together. Turn on and you will notice straight away that the hum has gone and it sounds great!
