Further credit check after amending property details

Just noticed a new hard search on my credit files from Halifax, would this be due to changing the postcode of the property recently? it was incorrect on the MOS, my original mortgage offer was back on the 7th December with the original credit checks being done (on the 26th November) without any problems.
Just a little worried and it is the weekend so I can not ask my broker, was hoping some of the resident brokers here would know how Halifax operate.

CJV, yes, a new hard search is done when property details are amended
Was this your error or their error? If it will cause you an issue you can request to have the duplicate search removed from your file, only if its their error.I am a Mortgage Adviser

Thank you, that has put my mind at ease.
It was not their error as the developer had issued the MOS with an incorrect postcode. The duplicate search should not cause me any problems. Other than Halifax checking my credit twice in the last couple of months, I have no other hard searches within the last 12 months.
Hopefully I will receive the amended offer documents next week so I can relax again!0
