Hi, thanks for reading.
I took out a 24-month consumer finance agreement around 6 months ago. This was for a course of non-invasive beauty treatments - 12 in total.
I have not yet taken/ received any treatments (was due to begin in January) The company went into administration in January.
My agreement is with Afforditnow/ Paybreak - who I cannot get hold of for comment.
Legally, where do I stand and what is my best course of action?
Thank you.

You will be covered under S57 protection. Give the finance co a call or at least keep trying and write to them and explain the situation to get the ball rolling.0
