Hi Every1
So we have passed checks with broker and Mortgage offer is with Natwest. We have had our offer accepted on a house yesterday. We will be having meeting with broker on Monday. I'm wondering my last 3 pay slips show sick pay as i took leave after maternity due to anxiety. I have returned to work. My contract also says temporary but I have been working in same place for 11 years.
Do you think this will stop my mortgage going ahead?
Thanks

Are you a temp worker or do you have a permanent contract? You might want to consider getting your contract changed to permanent to give yourself more protection"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
