Right to buy

I bought my property from the council nearly 5 years ago so I've got a right to buy mortgage. My 2 year fixed ends in April and the claw back period ends in September. With my existing mortgage provider the only option I've got is to go onto the SVR rate til September and then go onto a fixed rate with debt consolidation. My question is, are there any mortgage lenders who do right to buy? Thanks in advance for any answers.
