Leeds BS - shared ownership

Hi
We're in the process of applying for a shared ownership mortgage with Leeds Building Society via a broker. It's taken two goes to get a DIP and the housing association want us to exchange in 28 days so I'm trying to pre-empt as many issues as possible.
Does anyone know if they're likely to want to speak to my employer? They've got 3 months payslips/bank statements and I've worked there 6 years if that's relevant. It's half term and so they're unlikely to get hold of anyone until a week on Monday - just wondering if I can try to track someone down for them but I don't want to bother anyone if it's unnecessary.
Also - we have separate accounts for bills/personal spends. Will they want both of these?
Thanks in advance.
