Current deal ending

Hello, looking for some help and advice please. We are currently on a rate of 0.75 per cent as my wife had a staff mortgage. This is now ending and we have been offered fixed rate of 2.64 per cent for 2 years or 3.68 per cent for 5 years. Due to a sub account which was on a fixed rate for 2 years we can't switch company until June. Therefore other option would be to go on a SVR of 4.24 per cent till June and then try to switch. Any advice as to best option would be appreciated or any other ideas?

88.73 I think. Bought it for 157,000 and put down 10% plus 2k0

Anybody? Thanks.0

I would take the lowest, 2.64. No idea why you'd pay more. Please don't say "Brexit " if anything that will depress rates.0

As your wife receives a "benefit" . How are you impacted tax wise? A consideration to factor in.0
-
Well the benefit is ending, as the company has been bought by someone else. Hence why we aren't getting the deal anymore. I think we will just take the 2.64.0
