I am with a different bank, completed end of January 2019, first mortgage payment due end February 2019. I received a completion statement from my bank the day they released funds to my solicitor which was day before completion. I hope that helps.2019 MFW No. 74 £13700/£30000 (45.66%)
12k in 2018 No. 98 £6274.19/£18000 (34.85%)
BTL (start) £97440.00 (current) £68000.00
Residential (start) £275000.00 (current) £268000.000 -
It depends on when you have requested your payments be made. For example, first payment mid-March for March then April's payment at the beginning of April.
If at the month-end, end of March then end of April.
