Been given a great incentive!

Me and my fiance have been together for almost 10 years now and engaged for almost 7 of those years. We've never gotten around to arranging a wedding because we decided to buy a house and then realised we had no money, and recently we've had a baby (so even less money!)

But...

My fiance has now said that we really should organise something otherwise we'll end up never get married(!), so we've agreed that we'll do it when we pay off our debt.

Our DF target is Christmas 2009 (providing we continue making our overpayments) so it's a real incentive to stay on track! :j

I'm so excited!

  • Thanks! It's weird, I've been engaged so long that I'd forgotten the excitement of initially getting engaged.

Only two big facts are known for certain: you are on a large, spinning rock hurtling through lonely space at about 67,000 mph, and one day your body is going to die. Will a new pair of shoes really help? :p

Weight at lightbulb moment 13 7lb
goal for Christmas 12 7lb! :rotfl:

That sounds like a good idea, luckily we know a photographer who has offered to do the photographs at cost, so that's a great saving straightaway :)

I'm going to have to do a lot of research as I don't have a clue how much all the different things cost!
