Eligibility:
6. Entrants must be age 18 or over.
7. Entrants and family members must have a valid passport within 6 months’ validation, after the date of departure from the UK.
8. Both adults and up to 3 children must all be immediate family. (extended family e.g cousins or aunties relative or friends of the winners are excluded.
9. Entry is restricted to one entry per person. Multiple online entries will be removed.
10. Entrants must live within the following North East postcodes to enter NE, DH, SR, TS, DL.
Prize:
11. One winner will receive the prize of a break to Efteling Theme Park Resort in Holland for two adults and up to three children including travel with DFDS.
12. The break can be taken up until 31st December 2019 subject to availability of Efteling Them Park Resort and DFDS.
13. The DFDS crossing will be departing from Port of Tyne, Newcastle and travelling to Ijmuiden, Netherlands, then by the winner's own vehicle to Efteling Theme Park Resort.
14. The Prize consists of the following elements:

• Two nights accommodation in the Loonsche Land Hotel including breakfast for two adults and up to three children. Children are up to the age of 12. Further information regarding the room facilities can be found here https://www.efteling.com/en/loonsche-land/hotel/rooms/5-persons
• Return travel via DFDS will be in a sea view cabin. DFDS will be from Port of Tyne, Newcastle to Ijmuiden, Netherlands then by car to Efteling (winner's own vehicle) then vice versa for the journey home. Food on board is NOT included. Winner will receive £100 to cover food costs on the ferry
• Special early entrance to the park. The winner will be supplied park passes on arrival at Efteling.
• €200 Efteling Gift card to spend at the park
• £50 towards fuel

15. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, has no cash alternative and has no cancellation value once booked. Nor can you add extra members to the journey even at additional costs.
16. The two adults and up to three children must all be immediate family. Extended family e.g. cousins or aunties or friends of the winners are excluded.
17. Winner and guests will need to provide Heart with a copy of their passport details and vehicle registration, make and model for us to pass onto DFDS to arrange your transport ahead of travel. Scheduled crossing times can be subject to changes, due to DFDS discretion, but the winner will be notified in advance of the crossing if any changes are made.
18. Winner must confirm and book their prize with Heart before 31st March 2019 and the prize must be taken by 31st December 2019 subject to availability of Efteling Theme Park and DFDS.
19. Winner and guests should allow adequate time to board the DFDS Ferry, failure to board on time may result in winners missing their opportunity to go on the trip as we will not be able to hold up the ferry. It is the responsibility of the winner to get to and from their trip within a reasonable time.
20. There is no luggage restriction however please be mindful that your trip to Efteling is only 2 nights and we advise to wear comfortable clothing and footwear.
21. Global will provide you with holiday insurance for the duration of your trip.
22. The winner’s full details will be provided to Efteling and their marketing team who may wish to get in touch to discuss your Efteling Experience.
23. Global Reserves the Right to substitute the prize.
