I want to divide up my garden but not sell it.

Hi.
I have a very long town garden and wish to divide it in half and yet remain the owner with a view to when we sell the property (in a year or so) I retain the other half of the garden to store some vehicles on.
Can anyone tell me the relevant agencies/steps I need to deal with. All the information on the internet talks about selling land which is not what I need.
My property is mortgaged but with a high equity.
Many thanks

Start with a solicitor. You may also need change of use from your local authority if you plan to use it as a car park/vehicle storage area (especially if these are business vehicles).0
