As mentionned above this is very much the case for a specialist broker.
It is also worth checking if there is any scope to appeal the valuation although these are hardly ever succesful.0 -
Ok we now have confirmation from the vendor that the house is actually not a HMO! So case was sent back to underwriters and now have to wait 48h for a reply... Wish me luck!0
