Can anyone recommend a mortgage company who will offer a buy to let mortgage even though I wish to let to a family member?
Nice to save.

i use BOI (bank of ireland) they dont care as long as u put the deposit down.. as long as the rent stacks up u shouldnt have trouble with any lender , my experence has been with the BOI they dont care who i rent to , just aslong as i put the 15% deposit down .. sometimes greater depends they have their backs covered with a big deposit...

Thanks aidsy
I was going with Coventry building society as theirs was the cheapest I found on Charcoal online. When I rang with a question she mentioned 2 conditions -
1) we musn't rent to family
& 2) we mustn't rent to DHS.
I figure that all I have to say is "no of course I won't, and go ahead anyway - how will they know?
I'll look into BOI rates though, thanks.
