Help reclaiming money from Wonga

Hello all,
I took out a variety of loans with Wonga between 2011 and 2016. It started out with a very small amount while I was student, but I just kept lending and lending to pay back. I’m still suffering now, trying to pay off my debts.
I’ve heard about reclaiming interest from Wonga, I’ve tried speaking to the FOB, they referred me to the FSCS, and they’ve said they can’t help because they don’t cover loans.
Who else can I speak to to gain help with this problem? I emailed Wonga back in November using a complaint template and heard nothing back.
Thanks in advance

Thanks to the plethora of people who were quite happy to accept the money and didn't complain as the £20 notes were put in their hand but didn't feel they should have paid it back Wonga because they lent them what they asked for Wonga have gone bust so even if you're owed money you'll be in a very long queue and unlikely to receive anything. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. When you say FOB do you mean FOS? Financial ombudsman service? If yes then they certainly do help with short-term lending loan complaints. There is a form available on their website to fill out!0 -
Wow you're talking like this is a bad thing? Wonga and every other payday loan company thrive off peoples desperation. Constantly rolling over loans when they know they can't afford to pay them. Thank god they've been taken down. I hope payday loans become illegal! Thanks to the plethora of people who were quite happy to accept the money and didn't complain as the £20 notes were put in their hand but didn't feel they should have paid it back Wonga because they lent them what they asked for Wonga have gone bust so even if you're owed money you'll be in a very long queue and unlikely to receive anything.0

Nobody forced them to take them. The amount they were repaying and the total they would repay are clearly displayed. If they knew they couldn't afford to repay them they should have done what we used to do in the past, go without or sell something. Perhaps if they'd saved some of their money in the past instead of blowing it on frivolous spending they'd not need to use payday loan companies. Remember every £1 you spend today is £1 you don't have in the future and every £1 you borrow to pay for something you can't afford today you're borrowing from your future self who may or may not be in a good position to pay that when the bill is due. Live within your means and save some of your money instead of feeling like you must spend it all and payday loan companies aren't something you ever need to worry about. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
