Valuation done Thurs and no news I can't take the nerves!!!!

Afternoon all,

We had the valuation done last Thurs and MA said yest it's showing it's with the lender but they haven't looked at it yet... MA has chased them today.

I feel sick with nerves this is just horrible.
This has been on going since Jan 4th... had to wait for our latest company accounts to be done 31st Jan... they went in last Tues, underwriter looked at them weds and said they were happy with them and instructed valuation which was done Thurs!

Now waiting for senior underwriter to look at it.
Is this normal or should I be looking at another few days for them to decide. I am so nervous

They are not the quickest, give it another week.

If you follow this link about near the top of the page is the current underwriting timescales. Remember though the valuer has to write the report to the lender, that can take a week

The valuation is back with the lender my MA said it's showing on the system and they hadnt looked at it yet!
