    Seriously though, Ste did that once and his arm swelled up to twice the size! I've always been told nivea hand cream or savol... I'm not going to go buy any nivea so savlon it is.. :rotfl:

    Someone else recommended Sudocrem nappy cream. I've had that recommended to me for loads of things.
