Big mistake just chasing the lowest cost over the fixed term.
Choice of lender can be a major factor, get it right and your mortgage future is good rates and simple retention switches or potentially never changing again.
Says a happy base+0.95 lifetime tracker, that is a bit annoyed they did not take the base+0.19 tracker when it was on offer.0 -
