  • I've spoken to my on and he is going to put in writing that he will relinquish his role as executor in favour of me dealing with the last odds and ends.

    I had planned on updating it anyway but will probably do a DIY one.


    Please reconsider going DIY on a will. It is worth paying for a solicitor (not a will writing outfit) to draw up a new one - A STEP registered one will be up to date on current rules & case law and will be able to provide advice that avoids any problems when you are gone.


    Whilst a DIY will saves you a few pounds today, it could be extremely costly for the people left behind if you make a mistake.
    Her courage will change the world.

    Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.
