I’m new to comps and I’m just checking when I enter the twitter comps and it says ‘retweet and follow’ do I alway have to comment as I’ve seen people comment too?

If it doesn't ask for comment one is not required, some people feel that if you interact with the page by making a comment you are more likely to be picked, some also think entering near the closing time increases your chances.0
