Hi
My wife has a 9 year NHS pension but hasn’t worked for be last year due to our young children.
Any advice for best private pensions we can look at to keep contributions to a private scheme going if she doesn’t return to work for several years if at all.
Thanks

She has no relevant earnings so the most she can contribute is a net £2880 per tax year - the pension provider will claim £720 from HMRC and add it to the pension.
With these modest contributions, a stakeholder might suit.
