Quick update.
Got my pack today after my telephone interview with the OR on Thursday. I think I asked more questions than the OR!!! Lasted all of 5 minutes if that long?!?
I have made an exemption claim for my van. Fingers crossed.
My pack had the normal NTB, TINDIS and ethnic forms but the accompanying letter states that the bankruptcy has been made against me and after reviewing the provided information they have decided they do not need to interview me further.
Forms are all signed and in an envelope ready to go in the post box.
I hope the above is all a good sign?!?!

Just a quick update.
Must say absolute thanks to everyone on this forum!
The OR declared me bankrupt within days of filing. It took a while for all the stress to lift but now I forget I even filed.
My wife is receiving my salary and manages all expenditure, bills etc and she is much better at it than I would be!
They accepted my claim for the van and we retained it.
I have made myself sandwiches since February rather than running to the local garage for lunch. It's strange but I have no bank account, credit etc and I don't care.
One final thing, how long before my tax money is claimed?
I received a NIL tax code march and the money that would normally go to tax / ni is currently still sat in an esavings account.
