Glue to fix boots

Dear all
Does anyone know what sort of glue i need to use, to fix up my winter boots.
I'd love to buy some new ugg type, but can't afford these. However, my old fabric boots are fine, except the material has come away from the sole at the side. I'd obviously need some sort of glue thats both waterproof and flexible.
If you've any thoughts please let me know.. i did post this on the 'anything else' board, but had no replies at all...so am trying here.
thanks guys

I think it's UHU type glue to stick fabric like that. I used it to stick the lining back in my leather boots.

I've used evostick to mend shoes. I mended a pair of sandals 5 years ago and I can still wear them! :T
I spread it on both sides, then when it went tacky I stuck them together and secured them with a couple of small g-clamps (you could use clothes pegs) I left them for a couple of hours to make sure it was dry and they've been brilliant.0
